This rental is made up of two floors;
each with its own kitchen & bathroom.
You may rent each floor seperately, or rent the entire house. This facility is located near the recreational area, the Deer Valley Restaurant and the Golf course.This rental facility is fully furnished. Towels, linens & kitchen utensils( including toaster, coffee maker & microwave) are furnished.
Rental fee is $105.25 per floor per night tax included.
Rental Deposit is $100 per Floor.
The cabins are located above the Golf course on Flint Ridge Drive. Each cabin has a kitchenette, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. These cabins are fully furnished. Rental fee is $63.15 per night tax included.
Rental Deposit is $75 per Cabin
Rental Facilities
Flint Ridge has several facilities available to property owners and their guests and their guests. Property owner assessments must be current to use the rental facilities. We require a deposit on each rental facility. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits must be received within thirty(30) days prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel reservations at least three(3) days prior to arrival date, or not showing up at all, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Your deposit will be refunded if no losses or damages(including excessive trash or pet hair) have been determined after rental use. NO PETS ALLOWED. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS FOR LODGING MUST BE PAID BEFORE KEYS ARE GIVEN FOR THE RENTALS(NO EXCEPTIONS). Check in time is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M.
